4. 1 percent exemption on the interest rate on overdraft

The MSME register Enterprises can get the benefit of a 1 percent exemption of interest on the overdraft. But it can be changed as per the bank.

5. Protection against delayed payments

The Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises protects the MSME register businesses against the late payment of the buyer.

As well as it will also give the protect the right of interest on delayed payment through conciliation and arbitration.

If an MSME registers Enterprise deals in goods and services then the buyer needs to pay within the time that is discussed and fixed by both.

If there is any date not mentioned in the agreement then, the buyer needs to pay the amount within 15 days.

Except for this, the buyer needs to pay the due within 45 days of any Micro and Small Enterprises.
